Lowveld Group is located in the picturesque region of Letsitele within the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Our core focus at Laeveld Sitrus is the cultivation of top-tier Citrus, Avocado, Banana, Macadamia, and Kiwi products, catering to both international and local markets.

Founded in 1942, BJ Vorster Ltd, a third-generation Agricultural Company, traces its origins to when BJ Vorster (Ben) acquired the farm known as The Junction and embarked on agricultural endeavors. This humble beginning marked the inception of our family's farming legacy. With the passage of time, the enterprise saw substantial expansion, evolving into the expansive agricultural entity that stands today.

During the 1960s, Edward and Pieter Vorster, the two sons of BJ Vorster, played pivotal roles in shaping and growing the family's farming business. Their dedication and vision contributed significantly to the company's evolution.

In the late 1990s, the next generation of Vorsters, namely Pieter's sons, Ben and Gerhardt, joined their father in the pursuit of continued agricultural excellence and innovation. This generational transition further solidified our commitment to delivering top-quality agricultural products to our valued clientele.
